The Project
Design narrative
Delivered as a turnkey construction contract, this farmhouse took 14 months from excavation to handover. An RCC frame, insulated cavity walls and engineered stone façades keep long-term maintenance low.
Our in-house site team managed every trade, with weekly photo reports and strict BOQ control — handed over on schedule at 100% quality sign-off.
