The Project
Design narrative
On a tight 10 Marla plot, we carved a sunken courtyard into the heart of the home to bring light, greenery and privacy to every room. The street elevation is composed of stacked matte-charcoal volumes with vertical timber louvres.
Inside, a floating stair and double-height living room create a sense of generosity well beyond the plot's footprint.
