The Project
Design narrative
Hunger's Restaurant was conceived as a theatre of dining. The double-height hall is anchored by a sculpted charcoal bar, layered timber ceilings and warm spotlighting that softens acoustics while drawing the eye upward.
We choreographed the seating into distinct zones — family booths, communal tables and an intimate mezzanine — each with its own lighting scene. Locally sourced walnut, honed basalt and handcrafted brass details celebrate regional craftsmanship.
