The Project
Design narrative
The G-10 Corporate Hub brings Grade-A office space to the heart of the Markaz. Its façade is a disciplined grid of anodised fins that shade the glazing while giving the building a strong, vertical identity.
Flexible floor plates, a landscaped roof terrace and a double-height retail podium make it both a workplace and a civic presence.
